ASTRA VORTEX is a versatile steam machine able to wash, remove stains, sanitize, using the 5% of water of a professional high pressure cleaner. Thanks to the combined steam injection and suction, Astra Vortex is able to remove every kind of dirt from any surface in the minimum time with the minimum energy supply.
The VORTEX technology is ideal to clean cars inside and outside. The steam spray can wash and sanitize with a limited water use. The suction, thanks to Vortex technology, collects the dirt.
Unlike normal vacuum cleaners, in the machine there are no filters nor eletrical material, nor consumables to replace.
ASTRA VORTEX can be used at the same time by 3 operators, conntected to the three indipendent steam outlets, allowing to wash, vacuum, degrease without any power drop or interference. The three fuctions can be used in succession by the same operator or even by more operators at the same time, to create a continuos cleaning process at different stages.
The powerful diesel boiler supplies heating power of 32Kw. Astra VORTEX has a very low electrical consuption (500Watt) and can be easily switched on, connecting it to a battery or a small petrol generator.
Inside the polycarbonate cover there’s a very accurate assembly of high quality components, all individually repairable. ASTRA VORTEX, fully made in Italy, is the latest creation by IDROMATIC srl.
It is the revolutionary application designed by Idromatic to wash by steam and vacuum the dust. Able to clean deeply with minimum water and power consumption. Addition of chemicals is unnecessary, electric power can be applied by a small battery or a generator of less than 1KW.
The new VORTEX system is based on the Venturi effect, the priciple formulated by the Italian physicist Giovanni Battista Venturi who discovered the suction power of the fluids on a restricted tube.
The principle by Venturi has been applied to the steam generator using the centrifugal speed of the steam inside a tunnel.
The result is the ASTRA VORTEX, the only machine that provides a vacuum system created by steam flow effect instead of electricity. All the condensed dust is separated from steam by gravity in the recovery tank. The innovation has been patented by Idromatic srl.
